The Mini DisplayPort is a miniaturized version of DisplayPort protocol. It was rst publicly announcedwith its
release by Apple Inc. on October 14th 2008, and later being included in the next revision of Displayport Specification. The Mini DisplayPort protocol, a size reduced interface which delivers more advanced video quality, is then implemented in revisions of Apple’scomputers, from its notebo lines of 

the MacBook, MacBook Airand MacBook Pro to desktops of iMac, Mac Mini, and Mac Pro.
